Refunds & Exchanges

Planet Finance is an organisation where digital products are sold. No physical item will be shipped. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your purchase is defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll work to resolve the issue.

We strongly encourage you to thoroughly review the product details, features, and specifications before making a purchase. To help you make an informed decision, each product page includes a detailed video walkthrough, showcasing the features and installation process of the template.
