Currently, all our digital products are sold as a one-off payment. You will pay once, and have access to the digital product forever.

Our digital products are currently available in Google Sheets format. Excel formats are in our project pipeline and you'll be able to access them soon!

Yes. Each digital product purchase includes instructions and access to a detailed YouTube demonstration video on features and the installation process. You can find all our videos in our YouTube Channel.

As soon as the purchase is completed, you will see a download link in the Payment Confirmation page. Additionally, you will receive an email with the download link to each digital product you've purchased. These links will open/download a file in your computer. When you open the file, you will be able to access digital product.

Make sure to follow the instructions within each digital product to complete the installation process into your private account.

Please check your spam/junk folder in case it gets filtered out of your inbox. If you still can't find the confirmation email, please email us and we'll re-send it to you after you've provided us with a confirmation of purchase.

As soon as you open the digital product, you will notice it's in 'View Only' mode. To be able to edit and enter your own data click 'File' on the top left and click 'Make a copy' of the template into your account.

Your purchase guarantees lifetime access. Please email us with a confirmation of your purchase and we'll re-send you the download link for your product. We recommend you save the link to avoid losing access to the original template. Generally, once you've made a copy of the template, it's stored in your private account and we cannot guarantee restoration of your edited template as we do not have access to private copies you made. For restoration of private templates, please contact Google Support.

Yes, you can access your purchased spreadsheet from multiple devices. When you are a Google Sheets user, your spreadsheet is stored in your free Google Drive account. Which means that as long as you are connected to this account, you will be able to use your spreadsheet from your devices.

Planet Finance is an organisation where digital products are sold. No physical item will be shipped. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. However, if your purchase is defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
